What the starting rate covers: the standard cleaning, reset, staging, checklist, completion documentation, and on-site laundering of the property’s bed linens and towels using its machines and owner-supplied laundry products. Final pricing also reflects bathrooms, sleeping surfaces, floors, access, condition, and amenities. Off-site laundry, outside linen service, purchasing, and deep-clean tasks are separate.

Unplanned rescue requests under 48 hours: +20%, $35 minimum. Major holidays: +25%, $50 minimum.

Travel & excess condition

Remote-route fee typically $20–45. Documented work beyond the agreed condition is $55–65 per crew-hour.

Scheduled same-day changeovers are included: when the turnover arrives through the agreed scheduling method and fits the confirmed checkout-to-check-in window, there is no automatic rush surcharge.

Portfolio pricing is available when an account provides useful route density, consistent property standards, advance calendar access, and approximately 10 or more monthly turns. Tell us about your listings and schedule so we can price the operating plan—not just the property count.
