These terms apply to your use of the High Alpine Cleaning website and, if you opt in, our text messaging program. By using the site, you agree to these terms. A quote request does not create a service agreement.

Website and quote information

Website content and starting prices are provided for general information and may change. Availability, scope, pricing, scheduling, property requirements, and service terms are confirmed separately in writing before service begins.

High Alpine Cleaning SMS program

When you voluntarily check the text-message consent box and provide a mobile number, you agree to receive conversational text messages from High Alpine Cleaning about your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, property questions, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on your request and active services.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help, call (719) 377-3123, or email hello@highalpinecleaning.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in and opt-out

You enroll only by taking an affirmative action, such as checking the optional consent box on our quote form. The box is not preselected. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming the opt-out. To rejoin later, submit a new opt-in or contact us.

Privacy

We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, interfere with operation, or use site content in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Alpine Cleaning is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply.
